Php pdf download not all bytes from file

because if not so all of your files getting the mime/type of a download file. (default_type application/octet-stream;). so this is your problem because php is not on 

31 Jan 2014 i have a large pdf file (716MB). the file in good and not corrupt. when trying to download id through the php script i only get a file that is 192 bytes. all what i need to do is to have always the copy of the php.ini & .htaccess
